Sink Or Swim

The crew of Chiswick and Teddington Lifeboat stations completed a gruelling 130 miles on treadmills over the two day event on 27 and 28 January and raised over £8000. The distance is the equivalent of  walking from Chiswick to Crewsaver in Gosport and back again to collect their new lifejackets.  The event aimed to raise funds to cover the cost of replacing all the Lifejackets worn by the crews on the two stations and also cover the cost of running Lifejacket clinics in the River Thames area.
